2001 Accord No fuel pump help.
Hello, 2001 accord 2.3 so this has been a month by month struggle. I won a accord for $200. I know the original 2 owners and seen maintenance records. The last tech who worked on it, caught the wiring harness on fire. I put in a new factory harness. Regained transmission function( they thought it needed a trans)
so after getting it running one day I just pulled up. turned off my car. And it wouldnt restart. I lost the green key light completely. Wasn't the fuse. Wasn't wiring. Couldn't for whatever reason figured out what happened. So after alot of testing I figured the immobilizer shorted somehow. So I have tried 3 different pgm relay's. All known to be good. I sent my spare ecu off to ger the immobilizer chip removed and a emulator soldered so I didnt have cel. So I don't have to deal with Hondas immo issues. The car was an attempted failed break in before I owned it. They didn't mess up the cylinder just the bezel. But I've tested under dash fuse box to passenger to driver. Ecu power and grounds. Jumped the pgm and got 12v at the fuel pump. But for some reason it only kicks the green key light ( even with it removed) on half the time. And I get nothing on blk/yellow fuel pump output from pgm with it connected. Could it be the ignition switch? I'm at a loss I feel like I have checked everything.
