Changed battery in car and now it just turns over but won’t start. When you turn the key on none of the gauges or indicator lights come on but the radio and fan motor and everything in that area works. Also the door locks are not working and when you close the door you can hear them locking and unlocking about three times but the actual lock doesn’t move. Not sure if that’s related or not. Also I have checked all the fuses I could check

Was it working before you changed the battery? Do you have a multimeter and can you check the voltage on your new battery?
Most autoparts stores will test your battery for free if you bring it in. You might want to take it to whichever parts store sold it to you and have them make sure it's charge and passes their battery test.
Does also sound like it could be computer related though, I just don't have experience in what exactly it could be. Does your car have an alarm? It's possible it's locking you out until you reset the security system or something like that.
