2014 accord blower fan noise
Hello,
I'm new here. My 2014 accord lx has been great so far! However this morning I started hearing a chirping noise coming from I'm guessing the blower fan, located on pasanger side under glove box. I can hear it when the radio is on, just the kind of thing that can drive me crazy on my commute. Anyone have any suggestions for a remedy? Any comments Thanks in advance!

Chirping sometimes indicates worn bushings on the fan motor allowing armature to strike permanent magnets. It can get to an hair-raising squeal w/ time.
Fix is motor replacement.
good luck

You might be able to see something if you drop the glovebox (as if you're changing the cabin-air filter). The blower is directly under that filter, & I think you can remove the blower downwards into the forward end of the passenger footwell. Probably have to remove a trim panel or something.
