J32 or J35 + CL-S 6spd can get pretty pricey...

I also got a automatic and was thinking of getting it switched, but how much do you think something like that would cost? I dont really want to buy a new Accord, because I've grown very fond of the one I have, and want to put aftermarket parts on it. I saw a book at Barnes and Nobles that was about Honda Automatic to Manual swaps, but didnt get that far. Would it be better to do it professionally, or by yourself? Im also going to UTI (University of Technical Institute) in Augest ofthis year, so I will have more knowledge and parts than I do now.

I know a lot of people that have done it/had it done. Its a somewhat complicated job, one that I myself would probably never do. But I think after some time in school you will be able to do it yourself without too much hassle.

As far as cost goes I have seen complete auto to 5spd swaps for the 5g go for as low as 350-500.

Sad to say,but save your money. 6th gen CL-s 6 speed manual swap is pricey. The whole job may cost you the price of another 6th gen,and enough left over to put I,H,E.
