99 Accord V6 auto EX
My Accord has a problem with shutting off while driving, and with key still in on position the dash indicator lights should be on, but have nothing. I put car in neutral and turn key to off and then it will start, but it may shut off again at anytime. Before this it was a problem with sitting in the sun and it would not start sometimes for hours at a time. Have replaced ICM and Main Relay Assembly at recomendation of Honda. No help. Any ideas, help.

Can you make it happen by wiggling the key? If so, it's the electrical part of the ignition switch.
If you can't make it happen that way, that doesn't PROVE the switch is good. You could check the switch with a multi-meter.
