Default Buying an 8th Gen Accord Coupe V6 HFP

Hello everyone!

I am in the process of purchasing a 2011 Accord Coupe V6 MT with an HFP package. Super rare find from what I'm hearing and I'm ecstatic. I have a few questions:
I'm struggling to find out what exactly is in the HFP package. What does that include on top of the normal options?
The seller says it needs a new clutch soon. Is it worth upgrading? And if so or if not where can I go to obtain a new clutch/clutch kit.
I also want to do minimal modifications to this car but I definitely want a louder exhaust note. Unfortunately I am in California where regulations suck. What is my best option for making this car louder without creating hell for myself in California and where is a good place to purchase?
Also is there anything that normally goes bad on this car that I should look out for soon? Car has about 120K
I attached a pic below:
Thank you!

It looks like your car has the virtually identical clutch and dual mass flywheel I have in my TL, no real surprise there. In both cases, the OEM unit is made by LuK, and once again, in both cases, RockAuto carries the flywheel and the clutch kit. When I did the clutch on my TL I purchased the parts from them and what came out of the car was identical to the LuK parts which went in; highly recommended and reasonably priced as well.

As for what else to replace, I would disassemble your clutch slave cylinder and remove the clutch delay valve (which slows the engagement of the clutch and often leads to accelerated clutch wear and premature failure); you should be able to find instructions for the procedure on the internet. I would also strongly recommend you replace the rear main seal while you're in there as it is just a few bucks for the part but a huge pain in the hind parts if that's all you need to replace. In addition to the above, while my transmission was out (I did my clutch at about 133,000 miles), I discovered all of my engine and transmission mounts were well past their prime, or even fully dead. The bad news about these mounts is they are hard to source aftermarket (and even then are pretty crappy), and are quite expensive from the likes of OEMAcuraParts.com.
