Crank, no start
New to forum and need some suggestions. Have a 2007 Honda Accord with 2.4, auto. No problems, daily driver till one morning would crank but not start. Saw green flashing key and found out was immobilizer. Tried both master keys and valet but still no start. Went online and started checking things. Battery checked with checker, was weak but not bad so put on charger and brought to full charge. Still no start. Checked all fuses suggested, all good. Check engine light also on and tried to check with code reader but wouldn’t connect. Checked reader on two other Hondas we own. Works on both. On watching dash closer noticed besides immobilizer and check engine the brake light was also on. Brake pedal was firm, fluid good and level correct, park brake not on. Does anyone have any suggestions on what direction to look and try next? Dealership two hours away, not interested in having towed and pay for diagnostics unless as last resort.
