So my radiator fan wasn't working correctly it wasn't spinning and it was rattling. As I was checking fuses and relays both stopped working and now the climate control for the ac/heater isn't turning on. No lights nothing happens when you press the buttons. Radio works the display is on but nothing when you hit the temp. What do I do? Please help it's a 2004 Honda Accord
