Hello to HAF(updated with pics)
How's everybody doing, my name is Rikkii and I'm actually in process of picking up a 2002 Honda Accord EX 5-speed. I just want to introduce myself to the forum and try to explore the forum also. I am a big Honda fan, and this isn't my first Honda. I'm 23 and working fulltime as a photographer at a studio, and parttime going to college. I have been modifying with Honda ever since I had my license. Here is a list of cars that I had.
94 Honda civic vx- first car I had. Had a z6 longblock with the vx transmission and man was the gear ratio long as heck. Did a y8 swap to it and a few months later got in car wreck. insurance gave me 1500 and I also sold the car for 1300.
89 Honda civic dx- bought this car with the y8 and man was it decent fast. I remember when I first bought it drove it home on the hiway and race a 90 integra ls and beat it by half a car. I was impress how light the chassis was. Reason I bought this car was for the motor to swap it in my eg. Bought the ef for 300, took the engine out and sold the chassis for 400 so it was a deal.
94 Acura integra ls- after I sold my eg I spent 700 bucks to pick up this integra. car wasn't running but the way how the previous owner explained the problem i knew what the problem was. So I picked up a main relay at the junkyard brought 700 with me and when the pre-owner signed the title, I hopped in the integra and switch out the relay and drove it home. Few months later car was stolen and all they took was my brand new tires on my steelies(damn thieves). Got the car back and sold it to my uncle for 800.
97 Honda civic dx(3dr)- My favorite Honda of all times. Bought it from a buddy after it was stolen. I put together a B16 motor and swapped it in. took me 4 years to piece together the motor, cause I was broke and at few times had no job. But now I'm finally done with this project, by far most fun I ever had, even though I went through hell and back for this car it was worth it. This car was really fun, but like I said there's too many of them out there. This is my current car and I'm trying to sell it to pick up the 02 Accord.
I love how the 6th gen Accord's are. I'm hopefully approved from the dealer and get this new project going. Things I want to do with the accord are=
1. H22 swap
2. drop on some function and form coilovers
3. oem lip
4. oem foglights
5. window visors
6. new paint job.
That's all I could think of at the time.
Got approved on friday, so far loving it.
Going to have alot of fun with this car

Thank You for Joining the HAF..quite a few cars you have already have..sure looks like you do like Honda..
