I have a Honda Accord 85 but there seems to be a problem with the brakes. They don't seem to be stopping very well going over 20 mph. I have tried everything...I replaced the brake pads and shoes, I replaced the master cylinder and bleed the brakes many times. Currently it CANNOT pass emissions and safty because of the brakes. Do any of you have more suggestions? Thank you
