I will be going to buy a 90’ Accord CB7 with 270k miles on the shell engine swapped with a h22a that’s standing at about 110k miles. While this is going to be my first car, I truly want to be cautious and ensure that the longevity of the car is within sight (I would say?). I just want to make sure the functionality of the car will last and that basically i’m not going to be ripped off and or scammed in the long run. I’ve done my fair amount of research on the CB7 and previous owners have claimed theirs have lasted till 350-370k+ with basic maintenance and certain swaps. I just need opinions and facts that I may have not come across yet. I do not want to be arrogant when I simply want to engulf myself into my first manual car.

Any opinions or thoughts on what I should do?
