1995 Honda Accord Lx 5 Speed Have Idle Fluctuation when car is warmed up have car idles high at about 1100 rpm and fluctuates between 1100 and 1600 rpm brand new IAC and brand new FITV. NO VACUUM LEAKS. Replaced all hoses going into and out intake system. Car warms up steady at 2000 rpms then drops down to 1100 when at operating temperature. Car will drive fine only at a stop driving with car at operating temp or not car will fluctuate at a dead stop inbetween 1100 and 1600 rpm. Also reset ECU disconnected battery and pulled fuse after installing new IACV and FITV. Can't think of anything else that would cause this no misfire. No problem with burn fueling or no problem with acceleration. Have found oil on spark plugs. Need help properly narrowing down my problem.

 

Check for air in the cooling system and be sure the little coolant hoses to the IAC and FITV are clear and flowing.
