sure... They are offereing me 19,000 for it and I owe $25 because I had negative equity in my last truck when I traded it on the Tacoma. That truck literally needed $5000 in repairs and still had other things about it that were falling apart (1999 Ford Ranger). So now it seems I am still in the same boat, but will be able to make up for that fast as I am in a better position now than I was then, and also will be saving $$$ on payment and gas---

The reason I was asking is I wanted to book it out..... I used a 2006 Toyota TACOMA PICKUP-4 Cyl. PreRunner Access Cab (V6) Automatic with bedliner and TRD package, 10,000 miles and I would think you should get at least $19,600 minimum (if that's your truck) the price for the accord is pretty good but I don't think what they are offering for your trade is.... I'd shoot for $18,499.00 on the accord, $20,000.00 for your trade, $23,499 total amount financed...... I think that would be a pretty good deal, what they are doing is selling you the car for $19,000.00 even and giving you $19,600.00 for your trade but if they shift that $600.00 the other way now you are getting a good deal on the car but not so great a deal on the truck..... This is just my personal opinion so take it for what it's worth I'm in the industry so it's just how I would try to work the deal is ask for AT LEAST trade in value on your truck (nada value) and $18,499.00 for the car. which if the vehicle I listed above is your truck then I think a good deal would be just having to financing around $23,499...

Thanks for the tip... I think I will push for the car at $18,499 and the truck for $20,000... I know I can get $19,500 for the truck for sure, but the $20,000 may be a little harder....

New model coming out next year so they are pushing the 07's. I was quoted 21K out the door for your exact vehicle but an automatic. Not sure how much more the automatic is. Sounds like you got a good deal.

OK, got the dealers working against one another now... I feel dirty, but I like it! HAHAHAHA

They came to me today with $18,499 for the 2007 Accord SE 4cyl. 5 spd. and will give me $20,000 for the truck... with my down payment, I am now looking at saving almost $100 a month just in a car payment!!! And then another $150 in gas alone!!! High Five! Oh, and they got me 4% APR... not 2.9, but not bad!

So I am now the proud owner of a boring family sedan! HAHAHAHA I'll miss that truck dearly, but I am know I am making the smart decision here, and once I get my Jeep CJ5 I will be all better.

Actually got them at $18,499 on the Accord and $21,000 on the truck, combined with 4% APR for 60 months, my payment will be $410/mo even with the negative equity I had in the truck... Not too shabby! Considering I still had 66 Months with the Tacoma at $477/mo. My interest rate and paymentwas higher on the truck as I was stupid when I bought it (made some mistakes that I learned from and corrected this go round!)..

Thanks again for the input guys and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone...
