Sounds like a wheel is out of balance. With only 500 miles, check whether the dealer will do something under warranty. Maybe first you should check for a bent rim?

I think Jims suggestion should be your 1st look.

I have a 2012 Accord V6. What did you drive prior to the Honda.

I feel more of a roads imperfections resulting in vibrations, bumps, etc. in my Accord than I did in my prior vehicle, (a Buick), but, the steering and feeling of being "connected" is far better in the Accord. The Accord feels more like my wife's Pontiac with it's sportier wide wheelbase. I also have more road noise in my new Accord than I had with my last car but the trade offs in quality control, feel and enjoyment of the driving experience still make the Accord a step up for me.
