Hi all,

My name is Al, I am driving my 4th Accord. I have had a 98 V6 coupe, a 97 4dr, an 04 V6 Coupe 6spd, and now a 96 4dr. I love these cars. My 98 was my favorite in the looks department, but the 04 was a hot car, can't beat the silky smooth 6 spd with that silky smooth V6. But with the times, I decided to go used and cheap so I picked up a 96 with 285,000 miles on it for $1800. She drives like a champ, the previous owner (original!) had all maintenance done and kept all records so mechanically it is in fine shape. I get a consistent 30 mpg average so am happy about that (thanks 5 spd). Cosmetically, it looks ok, but has obviously been in a few fender benders, not really all that worried as I can't ask for more out of such a cheap car. Anyway, love them Honda's just wish I didn't live in the pro-domestic state of Michigan. I get ribbing from my friends til I tell them how many miles and how much I paid. Most can't believe a car can have that many miles and still drive so well, but that's Honda for ya.
