New member with a 97 accord se

I was reffered by a lot of people to join a honda accord forum regarding any accord inquiries as HAF would have better answers.
So i finally bought it and here i am ^_^

Im a 21 years old full time electrical eng student in toronto ontario
I bought my accord back in 2008 when i was still 18 with a G1. Having the car motivated me to get my G2 asap!

I bought this car 4 months after getting my g1 and i know it's crazy. My uncle also pushed me to look for cars because i live in scarborough where cars would be necessary to get across the city to visit family members, groceries etc.

We've looked through roughly 50+ cars and finally found this car.
It's a 1997 honda accord Special Edition (4 brake pads i assume would make it se) and power everything. roof window mirrors steering etc.

I was lucky and found out im the second owner and got the car for $1,400 off kijiji. At first we were skeptical why he was selling it. Maybe engine leak or something major. But it turns out he just wanted to get rid of it. I was told to be lucky getting it for the price i did and now i think about it it's a pretty good deal. The only problem was that the car's AC wasn't working. I had to bring it to a shop and pay 130$ to replace the pipe & labour.

I've been doing regular maintenance to the car: brakes, engine oil, ATF, coolant, air filter etc as stated in Hayness Repair Manual.

I change my oil every 3.5km or 3 months as the car is almost 400km now with all oem parts and still running strong
