hey honey welcome to the forum, stick around for a while even after you buy your new car. well...since you have a minivan, i assume that you want the 4 door model. well now cash talks if you gotta get their financing plan they are figure out a way to screw you for an extra 5 or ten thousand dollars. everything that the financing guy says to you is a lie. when he leaves the room to go check on something whatever he tells you is not what hes really doing. but you have some leverage if you do need their financing. before you sign the papers for the car. write on the contract "contract is void if terms of financing are not what was agreed upon", cause the financing guy is always like well were gonna try and get you that 1.9 percent and poop. well if he doesnt get it then he doesnt make a sale. you can write extra poop on the contract there is nothing that says you cant do that. well... enough of that


ok this is how it SHOULD go. you go to your favorite bank and get a great deal on a loan they they wont screw you over for. and then you go over to the dealership and tell them "hey im gonna buy a car today, i dont give a damn if its from you or from the guy down the street" pick out a car you like and tell the salesman " i want this car......i want you to THROW in floor mats, tint, a spoiler, and power everything, and ill give you 19000 cash" if he says no, take off and go to another dealership. if you hit up three or four dealerships, your fo sho gonna find someone who wants to sell you a car. if you just " fall in love with a car and just have to have it" your gonna walk outta there at 26k. good luck.

hi light house thank you. now i am getting double mineded should i get v6 or v4,and it is a quit different in price like tree to four thousand. it is worth it to get 6cyl, the way the gas price is gooing. thank you.

 

um yea the v6 is way better, and it gets about the same gas mileage. go it there with some nuts though and dont be afraid to walk out.
