Default rim and tire size

Gents,
what is the largest rim and tire size i can go with on the 2000 accord 4 dr sedan lx model.
just looking at it, im thinking 17's max right> anyone ahve any experience with this, have done it
and or have any recommendations. Also bearing in mind that plan to work with adjsutable height
coilovers for the ride.

I know for sure you can get 19's on there i know a couple guys from this site with 19's on 6th gens 20's may be posible

You can fit 20's, but you won't enjoy the ride at all.

thanks guys, i think i will go with 17's then, that is hte miumum i need to fit the power slot big brake kit, 17' min. tks for the feedback.

Make sure the lip design doesn't dip back into the rim too much otherwise the brake kit still won't fit. The rim size suggestion is an estimate of industry averages, but you could have a 19" that can't get a kit behind it. If it call for a 17, that's pretty safe. But get a suggestion from me on the design and I'll help you out so you don't waste your dough.

i thinnk 17's would look nice. what kind of brakes are you putting on it though? thinking about updating my brakes.

was looking the powerslot big brake kit www.sportcompactonly.com

i think the rotors are 17" so i may have ot go with 18" on the rims to fit them.

would love to go with the brembo's but over two grand was to rich for me
