Timing Belt

Yo folks:
I have a 97 Accord LX with 80000 miles. The Honda dealer says new timing belt at 60000 miles or 7 years. The manual says 60000 miles driven under severe conditions. Another dealer says 105000 miles but recommends change if car is over seven years old. I am getting prices between 625.00 and 700.00 to include water pump, seals, drive belts and possible valve cover gasket(?). Any comments, suggestions will be gratefully received. Thanks.

Were it my car I would get the work done. Replacing the water pump, belts, etc., at the same time is prudent. You may want to look around for a shop that specializes in Japanese cars to see if a better price is available.
