Default rpm
I have a 94 accord coupe ex when iam driving and let off the gas pedal my rpm needle is moving up and down ,so the car revs up then revs down what to do??

What kind of a transmission do you have, manual or automatic? Can you please provide a better description of the issue, your original post doesn't give us much to go on.

It could be the idle air control valve(IACV). look at a few videos on youtube and see if it does the same thing.
