Default Starting issues

I have a 95 Honda Accord LX oh, that when started stumbles idles up and down and then finally smooths out. I recently replaced the distributor and the wires, filters, plugs and fuel filter. Before I replaced the fuel tank filter it would start and only run for about 30 seconds. The filter was totally plugged. Cold weather seems to have an effect on it.

It almost sounds like the screen to the cold start injector might be partly clogged. My 92 Toyota does that too.

I don't think it has a cold-start injector. That function is done by cold-start programming of the fuel rate for the normal 4 injectors.

Maybe the fast-idle thermo valve (controls excess air for fast-idle when starting) is sticky or something.

Yeah, I keep forgetting about the FIT valve.
