Grettings, I guess I'll dive right in: I bought this car from a co-worker when I was having problems with my truck. I picked it up with 138,000 miles on it, two bent 18" rims, both CV half shafts were bad, a horribly wired alarm and stereo, a noisy rear exhaust,low on oil, and no idea as to when any other maintenace had been performed. Well, I didn't pay that much for it so I really can't complain, but I figured my "friend" would have given me a heads up on all of this stuff. So the first thing was to gut the stereo and get an alarm that I liked put in. While waiting for the alarm I replaced the half shafts and tried to get the 18's fixed but found it easier to replace with 17's and new rubber. I drained the tranny and it looked like it was the first time it had been done. I also changed the oil and the belts and swapped the alternator out. I also changed the spark plugs (again looking like it might have been done at least once before) and had an old 6AL box sitting around so I ordered the coil, cap, rotor, and wires. So that was the first week I owned it. I pretty much lived in the garage for that week while on forced vacation from work, my truck was in the shop for the computer deciding to go nuclear and take out the engine harness.

The month that followed had me relocating the Yellow top to the trunk, putting in the MSD stuff, intalling the alarm and planning out the stereo. I also put on the air intake and throttle body spacer.

As of last month I just redid the stereo for the third time ( I can never be satisfied for too long) and it consists of:
Eclipse Cd8053 with the ipc-106 ipod adaptor
Phoenix Gold amps: zx400.2 and zx475 for the front stage which are 2 sets of MB Quart Qsd216, one set in kick panels, the other in stock location.
Sub side are 2 PG Ti800.1 amps strapped together pushing 2 Xtant X1244 subs in a 4.5 cuft ported box tuned to 28 Hz
I also have the PG bass cube and 15 farad powercore

Right now I have the Tein coilovers that got delivered today and I'm waiting on the new bushings to come in to do the install.

I found this site after my search for suspension advise brought me to Lord Accord's suspension 2.0 with marshmellows or something like that. I found it very informative and reassured me that I was making the right choice.
