Suggestions on F22 build

building f22 up or just swappin heads to a
DOHC ne 1 tell me which would be better without goin over budget

Building is always more expensive than swapping. a H22 swap can be done for around $1000-1500. Sending a motor to a machine shop and getting pistons stroker etc will be far more than that.
