Default vtec info needed

gents,
the engine in the 2000 accord ex 3.oliter v6

Anyone have detailed specs on this.

sohc? dohc? fuel injected? how many valves, excuse my ignoranance fella's

i have just complete purchasisng, but not yet installed ,some early mods.

tein ss coilovers, plan to get edfc add ons later on.

18" metegi wheels,

some cosmetic stuff like headlights and tail lights. looking at big brake systems right now.

my intention all along is to supecharge this car, however the more i read the more i see that i may have to perfom some other mods before putting super charged on

the engine is high mileage 122 k.

with this high mileage, should i be looking at changing our, rebukding internal engine parts prior
to bolting on a supercharger.

also, if i do this first, can i them put on a performance header and exhaust system prior to the SC unit'

someone in this forum alrady told me that this engine is 22hp stock and adding a SC would get me to

300HP at the wheels.

if i perfom header/.exhuast mods what are my hp gains then?

My goal is to get as much HP our of the engine as possible?

as alwasy gents, i always appreiate the feedback and info.

Engine
Type: Aluminum Alloy: V-6
Displacement (liters): 3.0
Horsepower @ rpm (SAE net): 200 @ 5500
Torque (lb.-ft. @ rpm): 195 @ 4700
Compression Ratio: 9.4: 1
Valve Train: SOHC: 24-Valve VTECâ„¢
Fuel System: Multi-Point Fuel Injection
Ignition System: Electronic w/Immobilizer

* 148-hp @ 5700/148 lb.-ft. @ 4900 ULEV-rated engine available in California and parts of the Northeast.

Technically, freshly boositng an engine that's near 150k isn't advised, but hey, I'd probably do it if I couldn't afford internals yet. As far as the header and exhaust go..you can isntall them whenever you want, before or after. As far as power gains..hmm you won't be at 300 with just those. The S/C will be up there though. Less to the wheels of course. Bolt-ons such as intake, header, exhaust will help, exactly how much... i don't know, but they work well with the V6.
