Not sure what the issue is however, the windshield wipers will not work on my 04 accord dx. Checked the fuses and none bad. I've noticed this issues before on other and this forum and just need a direction to go befor throwing money at replacement parts. electrical issues not my strong point....

 

Do you have a volt meter and a little time?

PS - I hate electrical issues as well

You could start with the wiper motor just to verify it is good. Please note the difference in the pins between a 4 door and 2 door.
