2003 4CYL Turbo?
Be a little more specific on this one, Running no2 will fuse everything together. Its basically like dropping napalm in your engine. Its an extremely high temp burst that happens. And you should learn to redrive in consideration of it because of the damage that can be caused if something goes wrong.
Sounds like it's not the thing for longevity!!!!
Wet shot is preferred and more expensive, is it easier on the engine due to added fuel and cooler plugs?
On the other hand a custom turbo or Whipplecharger would be incredible but they are way beyond my means.

Well, wet shot usually uses a direct port on the intake manifold, which gives 100hp I think the lowest might be 75ish hp on a wetshot. So any way you look at it, its not much easier on the engine. But a westshot = new rods and forged pistons. Otherwise you will end up destorying the stock pistons.
I personally believe a turbo is the only way to go. Or if you can afford more then double the premade kit cost, supercharge
but...... whipple charger?

there are centrifigal chargers like powerdyne or vortech
