Default External Compression

Alright i've been debating this for a while after reading up on the Z engine and it's 2 stroke diesel HCCI with a high swirl. I'm not so focused on the quick intake cycle to make it a 2 stroke but just the high swirl from the massive intake pressures. My main question is that if i were to beef up the engine to that of what you'd need to maintain 25 psi boost on a turbo would i be able to throw in 150 psi of intake pressure with a piston compressor on top of the turbo? I know the Z engine uses poppy ports on the side of the head to help with the piston rings from blowing all the time but since it's not a 2 stoke would that matter in my scenario? I'd like to have a main front mount intercooler for the piston compressor and just a little side mount for the turbo. My main goal is to get as high a CR as i can I'm talking 18:1. I just got to thinking about what would happen with 150 psi of force on the back of the intake valves, would that be alright?
