Read what 04texasmach wrote. If you don't comprehend or know what he's talking about, I wouldn't recommend doing anything to your car yourself until you understand what it is you want to do.

Since a lot of the people on this thread obviously don't know where to start, here's a spoon-fed starting point. Wikipedia! Look up "Honda K engine" and do a little reading.

FYI- The S2000 is a truely unique car. Stop trying to compare it to anything else that they make!

 

i think he got the idea.you don't have tobe so direct towards him like he's a retard, he just needed a little push is all and we have already provided that for him, so theres no need for you to repeat what 5 people already have stated. and we settled the S2000 statement in another thread already theres no need to bring it up. I did research and i already figured outtheorigin's and concepts ofthe S2000.. so stop trying to make people look stupid,thats not what this forum is about.we live and we learn, and people make mistakes but theres no need to put those mistakes on emphasis. Just learn from your mistakes and move on to the next task at hand.

check out ephatch.com or k-series.com (i think its with the dash). they have a wealth of info. i would spout out what you would need to hit it but i kinda already did that. check em out and they can give you detail by detail and part by part number basically. good luck with the disease of modding. i have yet to find a sure for mine!

 

Also you can check out k20a.org alot of information about k-series motor thats what i did i have an 05 accord k24a4 to get about 250 hp you are going to have to do internal work such as, pistons, cams etc.. or force induction nitrous, turbo or super charger. but if you are planning any of these thingi recommend you do research on a k20 head because there seens to be many more parts available for that head.
