how much boost can i run in a f23a with a stock ecu?

I don't want to be rude, but you need to do a lot more research on turbocharging. The amount of psi you can run is dependent on the size of the turbo you are using. So there is no straight answer. Also, you need to get the car tuned. A Tuner can tune a stock ECU to a point, but you get a lot more flexibility using a specified tuning software.
