He means nitrous and turbo. The reason is that with the boosted charge of air, the pressure just after spark ignition is already high and adding nitrous will increase this a lot more. Without a block guard, forged pistons, forged rods and an upgraded head gasket the combination is dangerous.
Nitrous without turbo will produce similar increases in the instantaneous pressure as the turbo (more or less depending on jetting ... amount of N2O). Wet is safer because it injects gas with the nitrous to prevent over-leaning of the mixture. If the mixture gets too lean, the exhaust will heat up tremendously and melt the seals off of the cat and/or muffler (seen it happen). If you limit to a 50 shot, a dry shot with the Zex filter-charger (or whatever it's called) is the easiest install. For an AT, the best activation is a WOT switch that will activate within an rpm window. If you go the dry/filter-charger route, when you spray, be sure not to drop the throttle too much quickly as I've seen this cause back-firing and over-leaning. This is because there is still nitrous in the intake tube, but the narrow-throttle tells the computer controls that it should lean-out the mixture since you aren't flooring it anymore ..... but the time that the over-lean mixture hits the O2 sensors, it may be too late. This won't happen if you let off the pedal to 95% for a second before you slow down.

On an '06?!? Go for it! You're lucky, you don't have the POS tranny that the 6th gens have ..... also, you have the REAL vtec system. My J30A1 is still looking for the second vtec stage (because it's not there until '04)
