Nos kit wanted to consult everyone
and to be honest i don't really understand relays and switches. I'm gonna have to read up on that. if you have any good links that would be awesome but if not i'll do a little searching later on.
Switches are pretty simple, they cause a break in the circuit. A relay isn't much more, but instead of your hand flipping the switch a control signal is used. I did a writeup a week or 2 ago pertaining to a LED project that finch is working on, but I don't remember the name of the thread or exactly what info was included there. I think I also posted links to other similar writeups. I also drew an AutoCAD schematic for him, so if you PM him, I'm sure that he can send you a PDF or jpg of the drawing. If you still need more info, you know where to find me!
Kevin: Turbos and nitrous typically aren't the best of friends! The turbine sees a ton of heat as is and with spray, you are increasing that tremendously! If you definately want spray, I would use a 20 shot to help the spool from 2200 to 3600 only .... without running calculations to see where the upper limit should be, but with turbo, such a small shot wouldn't really be worth much at high rpms. One device that I like for turbos is the interfreezer. It doesn't add a huge amount of charge piping like an intercooler, but is way more effective at cooling the charge. Only problem is that now you are carrying around a can of CO2. I also like the tailpipe attachment to help spool and also the fire extinguisher attachment setup. Some toys to look at!
EDIT: I don't know what tranny cooler fits your car. I had a 6th gen V6 and the one for that car is Hayden 403. It all depends on what fits. Find a good spot to mount it and measure how much space can be used ..... remember to allow for fittings and mounts. The bigger, the better. I don't see a problem with an ebay cheepie, but I'd use Hayden since they are a reputable company and also the part is pretty cheap .... like 40 bucks.

and when you say i need a nos pressure gauge are you talking about this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Autom...spagenameZWDVW
Thanks falkore! and the oil cooler that fits our car is the same one that u have...
Edit: sorry, just noticed your sig lian... yours is a 93... ill check

Wouldn't nitrous oxide cool the turbine rather than heat it? Last time I check N2O had a boiling point of -88.5ºC, seems like it would go from liquid to gas pretty quick while taking a ton of heat with it! Can you explain the tailpipe and fire extinguisher thing?

The next point is that the boiling point changes with pressure. I think you are looking at STP conditions, where the can is under tremendous pressure.
The turbine of the turbo sees the heat caused by the burnt N2O ..... and maybe also some that is still burning!
Tailpipe Thing
Interfreezer
The fire suppression link is down, but it is basically a soleniod that lets the CO2 into some hoses that are mounted under the hood with pressure control nozzles to CO2 fog under the hood to kill an engine fire since you already have this system piped all over the vehicle.

how can i tell what hayden tranny cooler to use. Each one i've come across just says universal...
where do most people mount the tranny cooler?
