The best part about those spoilers is that they're usually on cars that can't get enough speed for it to make a differance.

I thought he had a 98+ v6 accord. I guess I take back what I said.

would anyone here turbo an 06 i4 (my ride)? i really want to save up for one, and also add a 50 shot with it. btw, i was being sarcastic about enjoyin the five miles of the triple combo...not bein sarcastic about the super/nitrous or the turbo/nitrous set ups. i think those would be fine, but to make sure, i just asked that question above.

most of the problems associated with tranny failure is directed towards the v6. I have heard little to no problems concerning the 4 banger, but to be on the safe side, if you go boost, start out at low psi.

I may be wrong, but isn't the 4 and 6 the same tranny? I know the 6 has more problems, but I figured that was from having more power.

I was under the same impression... I thought the 4cyl and 6cyl shared the same tranny but the HP forced one to fail faster.... This is of course just my opinion and thoughts on it, I've never looked into it so I don't know for certain.

Based on some stuff I just read the V6 was only offered with an automatic tranny in 2000. The i4 was manual with an add for the automatic. However, you could not put an i4 manual onto the V6. This leads me to believe that since one won't fit on the other the bolt pattern is different so the tranny is different. Can anyone solidly confirm or deny this?
