turbo for accord
k, i finally saved up enough money for turbo(it took awhile) and i was wondering if i should buy this, post your thoughts here.

the price on that kit is usually extremely steep, esp seeing turbonetics doesnt have the greatest reputation ever. I would just piece together a turbokit, you will save alot of money, and could get higher quality parts.
my friend bought the turbonetics kit for his Sentra SE-R, and the turbo bought the farm around a month after install.
that or you could do a h22 swap and have more potential.

^^ i Agree. Turbonetics aren't known for their long term reliability. You would probably be better off just buying the parts seperately. even if it turns out to be a little more expensive this way you wont' be replacing the parts in a few months.
I'm not sure what your turbo knowledge is so if you need a parts list you can search this forum or hondoogle.com which will search a ton of honda forums

DRAG also makes a good complete kit, IMO ... Turbonetics Has never failed me though(Ive been boosting on my T04B going on 5years now...)... Both companiesgive you a warranty for thier products (turbo and manifold) for atleast a year...
