Default Turbo for f22a accord! PLEASE!

Hello all..

Just got registered!

I have a Accord 91 2.2i f22a and i want to add turbo on it...This turbo-kit on ebay ; http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/90-02...QQcmdZViewItem

Will i get this blow off valve noice of this kit with the dump valve which is included, or should i buy a new quality HKS blow off instead and add this part to the kit?

And can someone tell me the point with a bov flange?

Anyhow, i want about 200-220 BHP in my accord, so...where do i begin to add more power? (I try to keep the costs low so engine swap h22a is not an option)

Sorry for my english...Live in Norway=)

Thank you!
Alex

your gonna need a turbo mainfold. because that kit doesnt come with one. Also yeah its a good idea to buy a better qulaity BOV and also Boost controller. But eveything looks to be fine.

and to add, it claims the wastegate has an 8psi spring, how you know if it does, its not really hard to push in the valve..... if it is, itsmost likely a 15 psi spring
