Default Using Hondata as FMU

Hey guys, I'm new here...

Anyways, I'm piecing together a turbo kit for my 96' accord LX. I bought a second hand hondata s200 system with the boost, data logging, rom editing, and 3 step rev limiter options. I don't have any cables for it and no software was included.

I'm wondering what else I need at this point to tune my car for the turbo. I know I need an ECU (obd 1) swap and the cable to adapt the different ECU. Should I go for a 95 accord LX or is there a more capable computer out there that will work? Once I get that, am I ready to burn ROMs (providing I have the software), or do I need more junk? Thanks for any help.
