ok so I have a 99 accord coupe w/ security. i bought a set of depo oem fog light kit 08V31-S82-100...I currently have everything installed correctly as the diagrams all show however, there are some problems

1) fog lights will NOT turn on at all
2) when I switch my lights to daytime running when the fog light button is ON the relay under the dash buzzes like no other

all grounds are tight and the switch for the fog lights seems to work, but thus, no light from the lights themselves

does anyone know what my problem is??? please help!
