which is a better security? no steering wheel or a steering wheel club?
i was at the LA Auto show this year and i saw this really cool thing for automatics
you basically change the shift **** to a similar one, except it has a keyhole on the right side of it, and you cant shift until you unlock it!!!
so even if they hotwire your car, they cant unlock the shifter!!!
that's so crazy, lol

oh! even better, if you have an auto, disconnect the tcu part of the harness..... that will get them questioning whats going on.... car turns on..... but wont go into gear! lol

You would have to prove that the car was broken into and the theif actually caused the damage to the enginefor the insurance to pay anything. All insurance contracts I have ever seen specifically exclude "mechanical breakdown" even if you bought "full coverage."
