What is the market value of my 1991 Honda Accord LX w/ F22B DOHC Engine. The car has 179k miles but the engine has 50k miles on it. If I were to sell it what is the range I would be looking at? Also how do you value out a car with a swap engine? Thank you for any advice. Much appreciated.

 

KBB is like 1800 or so, but I had the same question a while back. I asked my bro in law who is a car dealer, and a life long honda fanatic, he said that i would be crazy to take anything less than 2500-3000. It all depends on how much work you've put into it as well. Little things, like new intake, exhaust, paint-job, ect., go a long way to a buyer. But in the end, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. It's up to you if that amount of $$$ would be worth the time and effort that you've put into your ride.

 

When you figure it up, post a For Sale in that thread and make sure you go by the posting rules with it..don't put it in this thread..
I always liked my Deep Blue 1990 Accord the best.
