My Mozilla bookmark for HAF has no icon. Icon's appear for other sites I frequent. Any way to add the icon? Where do I access icon?

I'm pretty sure I had one at some point. A little HAF in the box. This is likely installed w/ the cookie from the site.

I just had a major reinstallation of operating system on my home desktop and looked a mozilla. I decided to go back to IE9. I probably spend 12-15 hrs of trouble shooting before getting system re-installed correctly.
