USB Icon blinking on my Center Display console

USB Icon blinking on my Center Display console
Hi all, new here and hopefully someone can help me 
2014 Honda Accord LX
The other night I noticed the usb icon on my display blinking, I was charging my phone prior to this, but did not have my charger connected at the time I noticed it blinking.
I can not find info on what this icon means, or how to correct it.
Your help is appreciate
