Wow this is dumb, says he wont be able to come get my motor tomorrow, second weekend in a row he canceled, then sends me half the money via paypal, but its some echeck thing so it takes 3-5 days to clear, then will take another 3-4 to transfer to my bank account.

Yeah but its sans valve cover and I would rebuild it before installing it... just not worth the hassle at this point in life for such a small gain in power.
