^ I need a new VSS as well... my speedo jumps around when I floor the car, hits an early fuel cutoff and scares the hell out of me.

I was driving around in the snow the other day just to see how far I'd skid on packed snow and crappy tires... slammed on the brakes and each times my car would almost die and then comes back to life... I was like hmm, this can't be good I'll post on HAF. Turns out I'm and idiot and I didn't grab the clutch pedal when I slammed on the brakes, so essentially I was killing the car. Doh!

 

i think my speedo is five off, cause you know those trailer things police leave out that telll you your speed.. it always says im going five faster

Same here!! Except mine says im about 5mph slower..... Same thing with my tomtom gps, but idk if thats even accurate lol.

Man i feel like crap! Worked till 4 this morning,didnt go to bed until 6.woke up just now,with the biggest headache ever..This cant be healthy.And i have school in an hour.Im out,will be back on later.

It's not adjustable, either you have dirty connections or the wrong tire size.

 

speedos are over rated anyways.

and what are you doing working till 4am.

 

It can be adjusted via Apexi Rev & Speed Meter.

 

I really dont worry about my speedo. As long as it works fine (not bouncing all over the place), then its ok with me.
