A girl with a slushbox is one thing, a girl with car seats is a no thank you though.

Speaking of girls that drive stick(drive not ride), I know a girl that just got her license, so her dad was going to teach her how to drive in his GTO(one of the new ones with 400 or 450hp or whatever they have). Well you know how in our cars if you are at a stop and let the clutch out with it in gear it just jerks a little bit and dies, well with cars like that that make alot of torque they actually go.

So shes in her driveway and starts it and lets the clutch out with it just sitting there and slams into the garage damaging the garage and the car lol.

Yeah the new GTOs have 404 hp... and she fails and that's awesome. Why didn't they take it to a parking lot? I taught a girl I was dating over the summer how to drive my car... she finally got it and drove us back to her house and then I proceeded to tell her it was a much harder clutch to drive than a regular one and she smacked me.

The accord i have was owned buy a stick-shifting chica lol... the car was babied except for door dings and never waxing it.

 

I dont know why they didnt go to a parking lot, there family isnt the smartest. Her cousin(how I meet her) is into the import scene, and is known throughout the area as a complete idiot that thinks he knows everything, and just saying his name can get a laugh out of anyone that is in the car scene in my area.

Lets just say he has used zip ties as valve spring retainers.

And you have to be dumb to let a 16 year old drive a GTO, esp learn stick on one, when her sister has a 5spd civic that would be far easier/safer to learn on.

 

My car was previously owned by a stick-shifting chica ..... it came with a license plate hole in the front bumper, I have to replace the rear bumper because it's shattered internally, I got Toyota to replace 5th gear and the synchro rings and I think that 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear synchros are messed up too ..... noticeable when the tranny is cold.

Luckily, I'm already going to pay for the labor to fully tear down the tranny so I can get an LSD, clutch and flywheel installed, so I'm going to have my specialist fix or replace anything that he thinks is overly worn or should just be changed. If he can fix a ring, fine, but my tranny will work properly when it's done.

 

Well I just got back from getting my oil changed. The guy also recommended cleaning the fuel system since he had recently done it to his civic. I myself had been thinking of doing that so I said yea why not. When he opened whatever they open to see the injectors it made a loud air escaping noise and he goes "did you hear that?I can already tell it hasent, if ever been done in a long time." He said there was dirt around the injectors too. Had a great conversation with him and it finished after 20-30min. Then I got a CEL which he cleared out and I was off. My car fells much better (power wise) than it did.
