So my friend gave me his 30gb ipod video b/c there was no sound. Put it in the freezer and it worked for a half hour or so. Did quite a bit of research and the sound works if you press the lower right hand side.

So I called customer service and she freaked out that I put it in the freezer and wouldn't let me talk to a "product specialist" b/c the warranty was up by 400 and some days. STUPID. So I demanded that she ask the product specialist while I wait and after 10 minutes she comes back apologizing saying she has never heard of the problem or the freezer trick.

So no I get a brand new 30gb video ipod for FREE!!!

Hmmm...keep it and use my Zen 30 gb or the iPod 30 gb? Zen has more features. Maybe ill sell the ipod and use the $ for paint.
