so in oregon at the school i go to you dont pay out of state tution if your from cali, idaho, or washington. so im thinkin since im workin in cali this summer claim residency then in a year i wont have to pay outta state tution in cali and i can go to ucla, not sure if id screw my self and then have to go to an other school or something.
