Basically....it makes the car impossible to steal but also works with aftermarket alarms. I will most likely end up getting it sometime.

Any can be stolen, just the amount of time differs.

Any device that is place between the key and the ignition can be bypassed by ripping it out or rewiring it....

The mods protection is for totaling the car or fixing it, they pay for the non-OEM parts.

 

Well it would take quite sometime!

And considering none have been stolen in 30 years or so.......that is an excellent ratio compared to the # of cars stolen since then.
