Haha when I was at the end of the 18 miles stretch coming back from the keys I shat a brick. I saw several cops stop traffic on both sides of the road with barricades, and I was like crap it's a DUI checkpoint thing. I wasn't drunk, or had any alcohol in my blood but I did have my bowl and a half hidden behind my glove box inside that hole next to the cabin filter. I had an undercover detective search my car last year with bud hidden there and he didn't find it, but I was still scared. Well turns out they were just stoping traffic to let a bike marathon through...

Man WTF, not a single audio shop, best buy, or brandsmart around here have the alpine ida-x305. Brandsmart doesn't even sell alpine HU's but alpine has them listed as a dealer. When the guy told me they don't stock alpine I had the blankest face, I was like and why is that? He didn't know, and I asked him you do know alpine's are the best HU, and he says no the pioneers are... Sure the avic is one badass unit, but their real HUs either match up alpines quality or are below, never do they surpass alpine. Oh well my birthday is tomorrow and I'm stuck ordering my birthday present online the day before...

 

I don't open the door unless they are knocking it down. Unless they have a warrant they won't knock your door down. But the second you open the door they are going to try and weasel their way inside...

Not sure but I would imagine so. I know crutchfield has them in stock I was just hoping to find it locally and get it today. They are so cheap I wouldn't have mind paying extra. I'm just going to get it online with fast shipping and a new kicker amp.

 

Damn only good shop online with it in stock is crutchfield. Going to end up paying $375 for the HU and the steering wheel control interface. Guess I'm not going to get an amp now then.
