And Ang probably deleted it as nothing good will come from another bloody crusade. But I understand your only doing what it takes to keep christianity afloat.

Not really, its more of a debate that shows how stupid evolution is along with the big bang theory. Supported by statistics that cannot be argued. Lots and lots of 0's!

No, they won't go out for a couple years but they will dim. I change my full scale HID bulb every 6 months or so, until they are putting out less than 75% of it's rated lumens, different brand bulbs vary. You can not see it at all with the naked eye you need a luminance meter. Once the dimming is noticeable the bulb is pretty far along.

Really doubt you could tell the difference between 4300k and 4500k, make that know. It would take an almost trained eye to consistency tell the difference between 4500k and 5000k, but then again my own eyes are retarded.

4000k is about halogen color, some even lower. That has a bit of yellow in it. I'd imagine 4500k and 2000k or 3000k fogs will give you best of both worlds. Only problem is the fogs beam pattern is about as bad as it gets. High beams would be better, but around here at least you can't be driving around with your high beams going.
