You can actually see my heart beat. I have a Ganglion Cyst on my wrist that is somewhat large! So when I do something like jog or whatnot, you can actually see my heart beat/pulse on my Cyst. Which obviously makes it very easy to sense/feel. I guess I was born with a heart murmur but the docs said it would go away.
I dont know, it could be either, and I dont really know much about them but my mom is a nurse practitioner so I go by what she says
I guess we will find out on Friday! If I have a guess, I would say its caused by stress. I am stressed out all the time.

Wait if you can see your blood flow change than if it's a murmur it's serious as it's because of your valves and no or little blood is pumped at times. Innocent murmurs are just valves that are working but just a little ****y, or a small hole in one of the chambers. If the blood flow is surging than I think it's palpitations, look them up and see if it coensides with your symptoms.

"Palpitations are unpleasant sensations of irregular and/or forceful beating of the heart."
I have experienced that more than a few times. :/
"
Heart murmurs can be present at birth (congenital) or develop later in life. A heart murmur isn't a disease — but murmurs may indicate an underlying heart problem.
Most heart murmurs are harmless (innocent) and don't need treatment, but some heart murmurs may require follow-up tests to be sure the murmur isn't caused by a serious underlying heart condition. Treatment, if needed, is directed at the underlying cause of your heart murmurs."
This also relates to me as well.
Looks like we were both right. It is just making me more nervous reading about this stuff. Once I find out, i'll be sure to let you know! I just hope no permanent damage has been done. The one good thing is that I never really have caffeine, because I dont drink coffee or pop. However, this past week I had 8 Full Throttle energy drinks and a few others in a few days. But, this heart beat was noticed way before the energy drinks.

Yeah I'm pretty much a hypochondriac, I can read any of that **** without thinking I'm going to die.
EDIT: I just don't get how the body being so complex doesn't just **** up, or just stays working.

I stayed out way too late last night... woke up at the exact time I was supposed to be at my Grandma's and still had errands to run before I went over. Showing up an hour and a half late, unshaven, unshowered FTL, FML.
I parked in the garage at school yesterday, friend wanted to see how loud his subs went in the garage... he set off my alarm and a few others lol
I was rattling my garage door pretty good, and that was with the trunk open the other day adjusting my gains to the new HU. I hate driving up to school with my windows up to get out and realize I set off a couple alarms on my way in. Feel like a retard...
