"Cuz if another country invaded the hood tonight
It'd be warfare through Harlem, and Washington Heights
I wouldn't be fightin' for Bush or White America's dream
I'd be fightin' for my people's survival and self-esteem"

ugh... not looking forward to working on the car this weekend (even though I secretly love it no matter how cold the salty water running into my skinned knuckles is)

To do list:
- Remove front rotors and thoroughly sand them to remove the baked on brake pad crap
- Swap in teh new Hawk HPS front pads and clean/relube sliders
- Check the rear drums and shoes... if I can get the drums off... may just give up
- Flush out the brake fluid and replace wif new stuff
- Maybe flush the clutch fluid, at least top it off
- Remove upper IM and give it a thorough scrubbing, including FITV and IACV
- EGR ports get cleaned
- May redo valve lash adjustment...
- Finish and install new shift boot... prototype was test fit, it needs to be a little taller so the boot doesn't try to pull it out of gears 1,2,5, R
- Take out the VSS and clean it... hopefully that will cure my jumping speedo when I drive WOT and I can then use cruise control for long periods of time
- Rewire the alarm system so it will actually go off if someone opens a door lol... with my photo gear and audio system... the interior of my car will be worth $6,300 temporarily...

Then Christmas Day:
- Change teh oil and filter
- Toss the donut and throw in the full size spare
- Put the Teggy tires back on for better grip in Dragon Tail and reduce the risk of blowing out a tire on the way down... rockin 14s and 5g hubbies!
- Pack up enough tools to fully disassemble the car anywhere it breaks down... not bringing the 3.5 ton jack lol... it doesn't even slide under the car anymore
- Pack up me car with all mah goodies... you think 7" double-DIN monitors are cool? How about a 15" MBP with 13k songs and 200 movies for the ride down.. sitting on the dash! (maybe... havent considered the cons of it haha)

Then off to Florida after christmas in the AM... any of you guys who live on my way down... look out for MN 907-BCD plates and say hi!

That will be weird then because I never talk until I know someone for a good year.

Not going to lie I'll probably be working on getting my motor out on Christmas so I dont have to hear all the same stories I heard at thanksgiving.

Yeah, it depends on what mood I'm in... either I'll be really talkitive right away or I just wont say anything. I'm not a group worker and I don't raise my hand in class. I don't call attention to myself if at all possible... talk about weird... and probably why i've only dated one girl in the past year lol

And what are you talking about... you've known me on here for a year!
